Böblingen, July 15, 2026 – Wörwag Pharma announces a change in leadership at its Romanian subsidiary. Effective July 15, 2026, Oana Iliescu will take over the position of Managing Director from Dr. Norina Alinta Gavan who will retire after 28 years of dedicated service to Wörwag Pharma Romania which she built into one of the largest and most successful entities of the Wörwag Pharma Group.

Oana Iliescu is an experienced leader who is joining Wörwag Pharma Romania from Salveo Romania where she served as Country Head. Oana brings extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry with leadership roles in sales and marketing at companies such as Sandoz and STADA. Oana is a pharmacist by training and is holding a master’s degree in marketing and communication.
