Arbitration
Arbitration boards mediate in conflicts concerning accessibility and discrimination. They can be contacted if public websites are not accessible to people with disabilities and a direct exchange has not led to a solution. The conciliation body seeks to mediate and reach an out-of-court settlement. It is mandatory for public organizations to name an arbitration board in accordance with existing guidelines.
