Jochen Schlindwein becomes new Managing Director
Following the departure of Dr. Marcus Wörwag from the management of Wörwag Pharma GmbH & Co. KG, Mr. Jochen Schlindwein will assume management as Managing Director and CEO, starting on December 1, 2019. He will manage the business operations of the Wörwag group together with Mr. Gerhard Mayer, Managing Director and CFO.

Positive development in Eastern Europe: Wörwag Pharma with rise of sales in first half of 2019
With an increase in sales of 8.7 percent, i. e. 118.2 million Euro, compared to the previous year, the family-owned pharma company Wörwag Pharma has successfully finished the first half of 2019.

Wörwag Pharma: Change in Management Board
After 18 years of leading Wörwag Pharma GmbH & Co. KG, Dr. Marcus Wörwag will withdraw from the company’s Management Board as of January 2019. Marcus Wörwag will join the Advisory Board and in this function will further develop the strategic direction of the group. Managing Directors Monika Wörwag and Gerhard Mayer henceforth will lead the company together.
